Holiday Gifting Application
Please complete the form below to apply for our Holiday Gifting Program.
Applications for the holiday program are due by September 30, each year.
We highly encourage each applicant to submit our online form (and request help from family members or friends if needed). This allows us to keep our administration costs as low as possible. There is also help available to access a computer at both the Wilkinson Public Library, in Telluride, and the Lone Cone Public Library, in Norwood.
