Food Security

Angel Baskets operates its Food Security programs by providing financial support to the Telluride Food Pantry and the Norwood Food Bank. Food supplies are both donated by and purchased from local food stores, local producers and from individual donations of non-perishables. For Seniors living in San Miguel County and the west end of Montrose County who are registered for our Holiday Gifting Program, we send food gift certificates every quarter.

Stop Hunger

Despite a high level of general affluence in our community, we have a significant portion of our local population that is challenged financially and that is often unable to afford enough food. Or has to make hard choices between food and other purchases for basic necessities. Please support our efforts to reduce local food insecurity by making a donation of time, money or non-perishable food.
